Awful. Girl behind the bar was nice but had to keep calling someone to find out what room i was in. Shared bathroom this was not advertised as such. I didnt even stay here i booked somewhere else.

I never leave bad reviews but sorry this place even for the price was very average. Room was tiny sheets were old and stained, walls are paper thin. It did the job for the night but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Just dont!!

Ive stayed in many budget hotels and this one was the worst ever. It was disgustingly dirty and two of the three sinks in the shared bathroom area dont work. Shower was nasty and door looked opaque as they were so caked in limescale.

Cheap for a reason, the bar, public area and kitchen non-existent. No tv , a dodgy kettle, two of the three sinks didn’t dispense water, shared toilet and shower were grubby. Laundry was clean though.

Disgusting. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me.

DISGUSTING! Last minute desperation booking 30mins before arrival. It is dirty. Rotten furniture. Terrible condition throughout. No towels. I honestly wouldn’t expect anyone to ever stay here. I wouldn’t stay here again, even if you paid me. People seemed nice enough tho.

DO NOT STAY HERE

AWFUL! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I was waiting outside in the cold for an hour as the main door was locked when I arrived and no one was there. I called the number on the door a few times but no one answered. Eventually a drunk/high person stumbled up to me with a key for my room. I was terrified but had no other option at this point. Room STANK of mold, looked less appealing than a prison cell, just the worst room I’ve ever seen in my life. The person in the room next to me was blasting music /talking loudly on the phone all night long. I didn’t sleep because I was too scared I would get mugged. Could not have left any quicker in the morning.

Pros: friendly staff, near LHR Mid: nearest bus is 10 min walk Cons: Rooms need : cleaner towels, 1 extra pillow, clean bedding (all were worn), ideally a lamp and mirror. Heating never came on. No aircon. The bathrooms are not clean, but they are communal. There are cleaning products out on the side but the immigrant/transit travellers who stay there have dubious hygiene. Toilet was left with bog roll in, floor v wet after bathing. Bring a fistful of disinfectant wipes, feet covers for shower and earplugs.

Avoid like the plague !!!!

Worst place i have ever stayed. Room was dirty, bedding was dirty, shower was filthy, no hot water for shower no tea or ciffee no towels tv didnt work and that was just the furst room. Got moved to another room that was even worse. Was told the owner would send vat receipt, not received. Ive tried contacting many times to no avail. Absolutely will never use this place again. If only i could give less than 1 star.

We were shown to the room by a scruffy individual who disappeared PDQ We stood in that room in disbelief Quite uncomprehending what disgusting site we were in There was nothing in the bathroom , no soap or toilet tissue just manky porcelain The bed was on a broken divan and fell apart when I touched it By this time my wife was freaking out and we exited at top speed Only to stop and tell the scruff at the bar what a Sh***hole the place was We managed to get a room at Premier

It was a last minute booking paid for at the time of booking on the Expedia App- we had just got off a long haul flight! We arrived at the “hotel”, No one answered the phone no one answered the door. There were no lights on. We were stranded with no transport in the dark with no other option than to get an Uber costing a further £60 to find an alternative accommodation To say I am disappointed understatement
