Es ist alles wie beschrieben nur die Dunstabzugshaube geht nicht aber das störte mich nicht. Ein liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und top sauber !!! Zur Begrüssung brannten kleine Stehlampen. Vermieter war am Abend da und hat nachgefragt ob alles okay ist total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sehr gut geschlafen und gut erholt.

Haus in super ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Das Haus hat Platz, absolut sauber und es fehlt nur an Kleinigkeiten die man aber gut überbrücken kann. Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Ruhe ohne Ende und auch schlecht Wetter Tage lassen sich gut gestalten. Die komplette Lage ist gut erreichbar und sehr gepflegt. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt Stade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar und alles für das tägliche Leben ist schnell und unproblematisch organisiert. Der Weg zum Strand ist schnell gefunden auch hier ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Cons: Die Hausordnung bezüglich der Hunde sollten besser im Vorfeld angekündigt werden. Der Garten bräuchte mal wieder einen Liebhaber der ihn mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenkt. Die Müllfrage (welcher kommt wohin) könnte auch besser geklärt werden.

Voll ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, es ist fast alles vorhanden. Kurzer Weg zur Elbe. Cons: Es gibt nur einen Hausschlüssel, auch auf Nachfrage und Zusage gibt es keinen zweiten. Staubsaugerbeutel war bis zum Anschlag voll, es gab keinen Ersatz. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Kein Ferienhaus, sondern Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Lage zur Elbe ist Klasse, die Ausstattung an Geschirr usw. ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß. Cons: Alle Flächen , Fensterbaenke sind vollgestopft mit Blumen, Nippes, Lampen. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen ohne größere Räumungen vorzunehmen. Die Matratzen müssten Mal erneuert werden. Der Mieter im Obergeschoss ist leider Frühaufsteher, ab 5 Uhr 30 wird es unruhig laut.

Nur im Sommer

Wir hatten über ein verlängertes Wochenende, von Freitag bis Montag, gebucht.Es waren Temperaturen im niedrigen, einstelligen Bereich.Leider ging von Anfang an die Heizung in der Küche nicht. Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es gar keine Heizung. Am Sonntagmorgen, ca. 9 Uhr, gab man uns Bescheid, dass wir für 1 Stunde kein heißes Wasser hätten. Es wurde etwas länger. Danach waren auch die restlichen Zimmer ausgekühlt. Das Ferienhaus wird zwar mit Kamin angepriesen, den wir gerne genutzt hätten, es gab aber weder Kaminbesteck noch Feuerholz. Somit sind wir schon am Sonntagnachmittag abgereist, da wir durchgefroren waren. Die alte Sitzbank in der Küche ist zwar schön anzusehen, benutzen kann man sie aber wegen fehlender Polsterung nicht. Auf dem Esstisch im Wohnzimmer stand eine leere, dreckige Pflanzschale. Einziges Highlight war der schöne Strand in Abbenfleth, an dem wir schöne Spaziergängen mit unserem Hund gemacht haben. L

Toller Urlaub

Pros: Das Haus war ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte z.B. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spülmaschine ... WLAN gab es auch. Es war alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir auch unterstellen. Die Elbe mit Südstrand zum "Pötte gucken" war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter. Cons: Das Angebot mit der Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt, nur bräuchte diese mal eine Reinigung. Das Schleuderprogramm funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Außerdem konnte man die Wäsche nicht vernünftig aufhängen, da Wäschespinne und -Ständer leider defekt waren.

Mega Lage für Menschen die Ruhe suchen!!

Pros: Super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Gesamte Umgebung sauber und ruhig. Zum kochen, alles sauber halten, Wäsche waschen etc alles da. Schöner ruhiger kleiner Garten mit Grillinsel. Alles wie versprochen war zu finden. Der Sandstrand an der Elbe war schnell gefunden und auch die Hunde sind super zufrieden und entspannt durch den Urlaub gekommen. Für Menschen die einfach mal Ruhe suchen optimal!
