Charged double payment

The Hotel itself was good but the service was not. Breakfast disappointing. Major issue was that they required us to pay in full upon arrival even though we had booked and pre-paid in full. So we had to pay twice! Contacted hotels.com who promptly resolved the issue and reimbursed our payment through them. No explanation or excuse from Hotel. Hotels.com - 10/10 Risør Hotel 1/10

Breakfeast no good

Our stay was ok. Breakfeast was no good. We had to wait for bread, egg/bacon and even coffee. Everthing took ages before we got it:-( We were looking forward to enjoy our breakfeast but that didn't happen.

Hotel surrounding was quiet and serene, rooms are cleaned.surrounding restaurant only open at certain timing so have to check before back to town for a meal. Breakfast was good. Cold cut mostly. Will stay they again for my next visit
