Welcome to the "On Island Time" cottage! This completely renovated cottage is located on a quiet street across from a city park on the south end of St. Simon's Island. Our address is 1100 Peachtree Street and the neighborhood is family friendly. We are located in a great location since we are only a 3 minute walk to the beach and great local restaurants such as the Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's. The famous St. Simon's Pier Village is less than a 15 minute walk along a oak tree-lined sidewalk. This home is going on the rental market for this first time in 2018.

From your private parking spaces located just outside our front door, you will enter into a spacious living area. The large sectional offers plenty of room to relax with a 43" Smart TV equip with Xfinity that has many channels to watch after a long day at the beach. The dining area has a farmhouse bar height table that seats 6 with a gorgeous lantern style light fixture.

You will love our totally new kitchen that is fully stocked with any gadget you may need to whip up a delicious meal. New cabinets with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops complete the look.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms that can easily sleep up 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a down comforter. It also has two large closets and well as a 43" Smart TV. The in-suite master bath has a double vanity with granite counter tops and make getting ready for a night out quick and easy. The large new tile shower has a corner seat and a glass door. Sea shell globe lighting and rope mirrors make this nautical style bathroom so inviting.

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed with a lush down comforter and an antique door headboard. A closet with plenty of storage space as well as a dresser and upholstered bench complete this room. It also has a 43" Smart TV.

The separate bathroom has a new tile shower with a glass shower door. There are shelves to hold your toiletries and another vanity with a granite counter top. Lush linens are supplied for you.

The third bedroom is decorated with a nautical theme and has enough room to sleep 2 adults or 4 children. The full over full bunk bed is sure to be a hit with any youngsters you have. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe with hanging space for storage as well as a few toys in the storage baskets. A 24” TV is also included.

The cottage also has a full size washer and dryer along with a start pack of detergents and paper products.

The new 12'x16' wooden deck is sure to be a hit with any outdoor entertaining you may want to do. A large wooden spool table, an umbrella, and colorful stools complete the deck. We have a large gas grill available along with all the grilling utensils needed to cook any meal.

We have an outdoor shower along with beach towels that you may use. An umbrella, 4 beach chairs, and beach toys are also available for you to use!


Three bicycles are included for an easy ride to the village area where you can find many activities to do after your day at the beach.

The village area has the lighthouse, a fishing pier, a hardware and bait shop, a small water park and playground (Neptune Park Fun Zone), a toy store, putt-putt golf, a frozen yogurt shop, a bakery, several ice cream shops along with many restaurants.
