Uncloudy Day is an ideal location to popular restaurants like Fiddlers, Crab Trap, Craby Daddy’s, Barrier Island Brewery and Echo at the King and Prince. East Beach Causeway is close and takes you to the entrance of the Coast Guard Station Beach Entrance, where you will non tidal sandy beach. The village is in close proximity for a vast array of restaurants, shops, The Lighthouse and Pier. It’s ideal to rent a golf cart or bikes to get around.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Disliked: Cleanliness
While this house is beautiful, there is a major sugar ant infestation in both the kitchen and dining room. Upon arrival, we discovered the entire dining room table, base of the table, and chairs covered in ants. We notified management immediately. They sent someone out the FOLLOWING afternoon to spray for the ants, but in the meantime, the ants traveled to the kitchen and got into all of our dry snacks that were zipped/clipped and kept on the counter. At this point, the kitchen and dining room were not usable. Like I said, the management company sent someone out to spray (the following day), but when I asked for proper compensation, the management company said they were unable to do anything except for pay for the snacks we had to throw out. The ants came back the following day, without any snacks being stored on the counter this time. Clearly, there is an infestation. We were not compensated for 2 of the most crucial rooms being unusable. Although the house is beautiful, we will never return.
