This was a very clean property, beds were soft and extremely comfortable, we did pass on the breakfast, front desk was kind, courteous and very helpful to my needs, will definitely stay there again.

Surprisingly great hotel

This was one the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at St this price point! I was a little worried upon arrival as it looks s little dated outside, but the room was amazing as was the hot breakfast.

Very Disappointing

I wish I could leave a positive review but cannot. A few things noted. The room was described as habing a seperate sitting area. I can only assume this was the bench up against a wall next to the bed. The refrigerator had food and a half-full soda left from the previous guest. When it was bedtime, we found a stain or something on the sheet of one of the beds, causing us to sleep together in one bed. It was late and we were too tired to ask for a new room. It does not appear the cleaning people do a very thourough job. It was very disappointing. I tried to upload the photos, but not surprisingly, I am unable to do so here.

Fantastic stay.

Our stay was for The Rally at The 100 Acre Wood March 13th and 14th down in Potosi. Our room was clean and tighty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was was fantastic one suggestion though, need better lids for the coffee cups and thats just a minor thing. We did lose power for about an hour because of storms and toronto warnings but I'm from Missouri and its nothing new. Anytime we travel I'm leary of what will the hotel be like when they are inexpensive like this one. But by the reviews Im glade i chose this one and will stay again next year.

The room was being remodeled, it was mussing the door safty latch, you had to be a stronf armed person to ooen the door very difficult to open to get out. When mentio ed to staff they blew it off.

Our room on a cold winters night.

Stop at nite and it was one below zero outside. The room was good. A little dated but good. But after we unloaded the car into the room. Found out the heater did not work and there were big gaps around the door that the wind was blowing that negative 1 degree weather right into the room. The staff was great at attending our needs and getting someone right away to check the heater. Still didnt work so he moved us to the next room where the heater worked great in. He brought a window blind into the next room to put over the door to help keep the cold air out. We moved next door and had a nice warm nights sleep. The staff felt bad about what happened and were very helpful and quick responding to the problem.

Safe stop over

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was simple, but decent for the price of stay. Several little flaws, but overall it provided a safe feeling place for our overnight stop and we had no issues with checking in with our dog. Provuded first floor pet friendly accommodation but outer area was lacking a designated area for pets to walk.
