Communication was good, they came and opened the door when we got locked out very quickly! The beds, however, are TERRIBLE! I asked if they had foam mattress covers for the beds because they were so uncomfortable (I woke up the first night sore at every pressure point) and was told the mattresses were less than a year old. While that might be true, we had to go out and purchase one because it was unbearable without one. The location to the beach was great, nice to have chairs and a washer and dryer for sure.

We stayed for 4 nights at this unit and had a wonderful time. You are close to town and plenty of restaurants. The beach is a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.

The location is very good. There is a Circle K down the street, a cafe in the Sunset resort across the street, and a great little ice cream shop next to it. The crosswalk to get across Gulf Blvd is on the walk to the beach, a block away. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking. The home itself is small, as are many in the area. The beds are uncomfortable, and the walls a bit thin, but otherwise the house is cute and relaxing, and everything it was stated to be in the description. If the mattresses are ever replaced on the beds, I would definitely rent this again.
