Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed. Easy refund policy. 50amp Level 2 EV car charger on site

Florida getaway

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks. Within walking distance to Indian Shores Beach. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals. Host communicated promptly to all my questions prior to booking.
