John’s beach house is divine! It’s so well laid out and full of everything needed for vacation. The bed is super comfortable and the primary bath/shower is extraordinary. Plenty of towels too. The pool and hot tub are awesome. John gave us some great recommendations for meals and a great tip to check out Massaro’s Italian market in St. Pete; don’t miss it or the tiramisu.

There were 7 of us staying. The property was perfect for getting together. The communal space was very comfortable with all of us in the room. It still afforded us with private space with the pool area and screened porch. I personally really enjoyed the reading nook.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home was stocked well plus had extras like beach toys/chairs/towels and pool floats and noodles. It was a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Excellent property. Pics accurately reflected the place but better yet the bunk beds were replaced by a full or queen bed. Had one minor issue but host was very responsive. We had 8 people and the pool, lenai and grill area along with open kitchen made it great for our group. Master bedroom bed was great as well. When AC DC comes back to town, we will do it again!

We had a great time at this property. There is plenty of space. We made good use of the outdoor spaces. The pool and spa were used each day of our stay. We appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. We highly recommend this house.
