Initially, the host seemed very welcoming and attentive to requests and needs. That faded as needs increased. The heated pool reached near the temperature they said it would (80 degrees) only one day. They provided instructions for the heater to run continually in attempt to reach that temp but then the heater froze up and the temp dropped back down. We only used the pool one day of our stay. Prior to the stay, we were told we may be able to get a later check out if the unit was not booked. That morning we made the request (some of our party had flight issues, they had small children, and could not fly out until 8pm) - we were only asking for an hour or two but could not get a response from the host or anyone at the company - the same happened when the pool quit heating - NO RESPONSE. The unit is an older house. There are loose flooring tiles, dirty windows, cheaply made furnishings (don't try to use the bedroom drawers - they don't open properly, fall off track, and stick). The bedroom mirrors are limited and cheaply made with skewed reflections. The towels provided are very small. Be VERY careful with the linens. We were charged for staining of linens - theses were stains that in a normal household may occur and can typically be treated and removed with proper washing. Regardless, we paid them for the "stained" wash clothes, sheets, and such. Never, have we had this happen before. They need a better laundry service.
