The people were really nice. I wish Travelocity would've made it more clear that I was not going to get room cleaning and and that you stuck. Yes they said a side view to the ocean, but it was pretty poor. Hard to believe they would even say that that's what you get when you're really, just staring at another building.

The Mrs. from the afternoon desk is a rudely educated humiliates the guests very badly spoken. And the parking lot is horrible and the manager never shows his face.. a lot of money for the bad service.

Certainly a nice large, extremely clean room. We love the rooftop bar.We had a balcony, but it wasn’t connected to our room. We had to go all the way down the hall to get to the balcony and it wasn’t private other people could access it. Overall, it was nice, but it was not worth the cost.

The Avalon Club resort was such a wonderful place to stay. The suite we stayed at was so spacious, clean , smelled so good and the views were spectacular. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for us to use for free. It took us a few steps to get to the beach with powdery , fine sand. After the beach, we had time to play pickleball which was just crossing the street. Avalon even had pickleball sets to use for a minimal fee. They had covered parking which was a bonus. There was Frenchy’s restaurant a few feet away where we saw the beautiful sunset while eating very good seafood. Most impressive about the Avalon were the staff especially Ernesto and Karen, who were very friendly, and responded promptly to our needs and questions. We left a computer charger, and they had to inform us once their cleaner came. Very honest staff. Overall, we decided that once we get some time to go on a trip again, we would definitely come back to Avalon and perhaps book Room 504 again.

Our deluxe ocean view 3 bedroom suite was supposed to be ocean facing. All we could see was another home in front of us. The front desk person Cheyenne was the rudest person we have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.

Such an amazing property. Great location, amazing amenities. The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Loved the fact that the washer and dryer was equipped with soap and dryer sheets. Such a nice touch. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Really, one of the best stays we've had in a long time.
