Surf Song #116 - This cozy ground floor Studio efficiency is directly facing the beach and offers every amenity for a one of a kind Florida vacation. Perfect for a couple or family with one child, this studio includes breathtaking views of the tranquil heated swimming pool and of course, some of Florida's most beautiful beaches - all just steps away from the front door. BBQ facilities, parking and laundry are also just a short walk away. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

At 116, guests will find a full kitchen complete with everything needed for your stay. Sleeping arrangements include a large king bed and a sofabed all recently updated with new furnishings. Linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Surf Song 116 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Fantastic Location!

We Spent an amazing 5 days at surf song. The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything we needed. Pool was 10 Steps away, Beach 50 Steps. So Much to do and see. #116 could use a little update but we were pretty much only in the room to shower and sleep. Highly recommended!!!!

It was a great experience! Beautiful room and view. Perfect location! Only complaints were the king bed sunk in the middle, the door joining to the other room was not noise proof...you could hear every move the neighbors made and shower floor was slippery. Other than that it was perfect! I would definitely go back. Everything was in walking distance and the common area was nice with the grills.
