FAMILY AND BEACH EXTRAS
Travel a little lighter: the home provides a portable crib, highchair, Pack 'n Play, children's activities. Pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a wagon, and a cooler are also ready for your day at the beach.

BRING YOUR DOGS
Dogs are part of the family at Sun Oasis. Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome with advance approval. Add each dog to the reservation and share its breed and approximate weight before arrival; the fee is $100 per dog, per stay.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

PRIMARY BEDROOM
A king bed, Smart TV, under-bed storage, and direct access to the pool area. The full bathroom just outside the bedroom is not an ensuite. It includes a dual rainfall showerhead, bench, hair dryer, and bath essentials.

QUEEN BEDROOM
A queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and under-bed storage, with access to the shared hall bathroom.

THIRD BEDROOM
Two full beds, a Smart TV, closet, and dresser in a sea-inspired space.

SECOND BATHROOM
The second full bathroom serves the queen and third bedrooms and includes a rainfall showerhead, towels, and bath essentials.

POOL AND BACKYARD
Heating performance and water temperature may vary in unusually cool weather. The fenced yard has lounge seating, pool towels, tropical landscaping, string lights, propane and charcoal grills, and a wood-burning fire pit.

LIVING, DINING, AND KITCHEN
Settle into the coastal living room for a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV or relax by the fireplace. The high-top dining table seats six, and the kitchen island seats two more. The kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. At the coffee station, you'll find K-Cup pods, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia.

GAME ROOM AND LAUNDRY
The dedicated game room has foosball, magnetic darts, board games, puzzles, seating, and a children's coloring area. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, detergent, and cleaning supplies. An adjacent changing room makes it easy to come in from the pool or beach.

TECHNOLOGY AND COMFORT
High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, keypad self-check-in, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, and practical starter supplies help you settle in.

ELEVATE YOUR STAY

LOCATION
Sun Oasis is in a peaceful St. Petersburg neighborhood with access to Gulfport, downtown St. Petersburg, waterfront dining, museums, parks, shopping, and family attractions. Treasure Island, Pass-a-Grille, and John's Pass Village are also within driving distance.

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard, garage, and outdoor areas. We'll send your unique front-door keypad code and arrival instructions before check-in. On-property parking accommodates three vehicles: one in the garage and two in the driveway.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. We'll send checkout instructions during your stay and include them in the digital Welcome Book. A paid late checkout may be offered when scheduling allows. Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval.

VISITORS, GATHERINGS, AND PARTIES
Sun Oasis welcomes birthdays, family gatherings, reunions, and time with friends. Visitors, gatherings, and parties require advance approval.

PARKING GUIDELINES
Keep lawns, sidewalks, and neighboring driveways clear. Street parking across the street is subject to availability and posted restrictions.

SMOKING, VAPING, AND DRUGS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. They are permitted in appropriate outdoor areas away from doors, windows, and the pool area; dispose of materials safely. Indoor smoking or vaping may require specialized cleaning and a $500 cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
Keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities considerate. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY
There is no lifeguard. Supervise children and non-swimmers in and around the pool. No diving, running, glass, sharp objects, or breakable items in the pool area. Do not adjust pool equipment.

FIRE-PIT SAFETY
Stay nearby while the wood-burning fire pit is in use, keep children at a safe distance, and fully extinguish the fire afterward.

CARING FOR THE HOME
Please care for furnishings, appliances, games, and outdoor amenities, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

ACCESSIBILITY
Sun Oasis is single-story with one small step at the front entrance, a minimal transition to the pool area, and no interior stairs. Entryways are illuminated. There are no entrance handrails, separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. Contact us before booking about a particular accessibility need.

FLORIDA WILDLIFE
Geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife may occasionally appear despite regular professional pest-control service.

AIRPORT ACCESS
St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 10 miles or 15–20 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 21 miles or 25–35 minutes away. Both offer rental cars and other ground transportation. Airport driving times vary with traffic and construction.
