Welcome to Su Casa, a colorful Old Florida-style beachfront cottage directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach.



This updated 1937 beach home includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom main house and a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. Together, the property accommodates up to 12 guests and offers a relaxed setting for families and groups who want the beach directly outside.



Main House and Separate Two-Bedroom Cottage

The main house offers the primary living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and three bedrooms.



The separate cottage is located in the courtyard near the main house. It includes two bedrooms and a shared bathroom but does not include a living room or kitchen facilities.



This layout allows the group to stay together while providing extra bedroom privacy.



Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The main house includes three living spaces. The primary living area features comfortable seating and a TV.



A large enclosed sunroom faces the beach, providing a beautiful space to enjoy Gulf views and sunsets throughout the day. The dining table seats six guests, the kitchen counter seats three and an additional table near the sunroom seats four.



High ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans add comfort throughout the home. Vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach-themed décor preserve the cottage’s warm, coastal character.
