Hermosa casa moderna a pasos de la playa, con mucho ESTACIONAMIENTO!
¡Esta espaciosa casa de playa moderna marcará todas sus casillas! Esta casa impecable está en el lado del golfo de la calle, no tiene vecinos condominio, excelente estacionamiento y es muy privada. La sala de estar / comedor tiene techos altos, ventanas nuevas, un sofá cama, muebles decorados profesionalmente, WiFi rápido y TV por cable. El maestro tiene una cama king size y espacio extra para un colchón inflable. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen con espacio de almacenamiento y mucho espacio en el armario. La lujosa ducha solo puede describirse como una habitación, con 5 características de agua separadas, que incluyen un cabezal de lluvia y aerosoles corporales. Se admiten mascotas si el propietario lo autoriza. Esta casa cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, a minutos de tiendas, restaurantes y mini golf. A solo 35 minutos de Tampa, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Seminole, con 24 tiendas, restaurantes y una parrilla de cine Studio.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The house was just steps from the beach which my kids loved! The house was clean and nice to hang out and relax in. The beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location wasn’t too far from Busch Gardens, so we went there a couple of times to shake things up. My favorite part of the house though, hands down, was the bathroom shower. It was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!!

Quick family getaway

Our family of 3 decided to take a quick spring break getaway to the Gulf and this place was fantastic! It was quite, clean, close to everything we wanted to do, and steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to save on some meal expenses. We'll definitely be back when we have a little more time to spend and soak up more beach!

Gulf vacation 2025

Our stay at Happy Ours was amazing! The weather and the beach perfect. The cottage was stellar, perfectly decorated, spacious and comfortable with all the supplies you need including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas,and beach towels! Absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay again.

What a wonderful property!

We were thrilled to find the property just as it was listed, it was impeccably clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. A few short steps to the beach and terrific access to the mass transit system if you choose to use it. Our host was extremely responsive to all of our needs, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way

Great trip

We go to the gulf 2 -4 weeks every summer and this was one of the better places we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient. It’s rare you can sleep well on vacation, we slept well on comfortable beds. Small walk to beach and stores/places to eat within walking distance. If you like staying on the beach this is it. Beach was also very nice with the white, fine, soft sand.

Love the house!

The house was great. It was very clean and had everything you would need. It also had lots of beach supplies. If you do have a rainy day, they have dozens of board games to keep you entertained. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back to the beach!

March break get away

We very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed cottage steps away from the water. The cottage was well equipped with games and beach accessories (needed a pump though to inflate balls). Hosts were welcoming and responsive to the few queries we had.

Cozy home away from home

Property was clean and well stocked with just about everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes for use. Only kitchen item we would recommend is a pizza pan and pizza cutter! Communication was great with owners and the check in and check out process was smooth. Any issues that came up were fixed immediately. Location of the house is great! It was nice to be so close to the beach. This definitely came in handy with small children. The sand toys and beach chairs were nice to have and used daily! 😊 If we make a trip back to clearwater we won't hesitate to book this house again!

Indian Shores Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caron and Jon’s home in Indian Shores. The location was terrific with so many walkable restaurants, bars, coffee shop, but best of all the beautiful beach just steps away! The house itself is so comfortable ,clean and airy with a modern beach vibe. Everything you could want is there and the bed was so comfortable. We watched the sun set over the gulf every evening, but it was also nice to see it come up through the arched window every morning! Caron and Jon were wonderful hosts and very communicative and accommodating. We have stayed many places over the years and this was one of the very best!!! We are so grateful for a peaceful and much needed getaway!

STEPS TO QUIET BEACH - INDIAN SHORES

The location is a huge plus. Located on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, you have direct access to a quiet beach front. The waters were warm, clear and calm during our visit. The sunsets were gorgeous as expected. If you want to catch the Suncoast trolley, its literally outside your door. We paid for a day pass and traveled to St. Pete's Beach and north to Pier 60 in Clearwater. Just outside the house, you can walk to several rental shops and a convenience mart and several eateries. There's a Publix and Walmart about 1 1/2 miles away in Indian Rocks area. Things to consider: There is limited area to walk a dog. There is a street side pedestrian walkway that parallels the road but no designated green areas. You might want to drive over to the dog park in Indian Rocks Beach which is close by. Dogs are not allowed on the beach but there is a designated dog beach near St. Pete's. If you plan to prepare meals, I suggest that you bring a sharp kitchen knife and pan or two. The teflon pans in the unit are kind of rough and worn. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, blender and 2 coffee makers.The fridge is large too. Though the location is very convenient, you are right on the roadway so there is traffic noise. For a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. Overall, it was comfortable, safe and convenient for an enjoyable beach vacation. If you want direct beach access, and the ability to go without a car, this home is a great choice.

Perfect beach house

This is a perfect little beach house getaway. The house was very clean and equipped with everything a small family would need while away from home. The beach is perfect and located just a few steps behind the house. We visited all of the surrounding areas while in Florida and couldn’t think of a better house or area to stay in. We will book again next year thank you.

Home away from home

My family stays at Indian Shores every year and this was definitley one of the best places we have stayed. The home was very clean and cozy. Had everything needed to cook meals. Extra blankets also. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Only con was there wasn't a television in the bedrooms. Not a reaons not to stay again, but it would have been nice to have a seperate television for the kids. We really enjoyed having the outdoor shower to clean sand off from beach. The beach toys, chairs, and beach towels for use were an added bonus. It isn't directly beachfront like we usually prefer, but you can see the beach from the steps and it's a really short walk until your toes touch the sand. The place is beautifully decorated and guaranteed to meet your needs!

Small Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach is perfect for anyone- but especially those with kiddos who may need a break from the sun for a few hours- and go back later. The house was well stocked with supplies so it helped make our trip so much smoother. Owner was readily available for questions. We did use BabyQuip for any kids items that were not on site (crib, wagon for beach, etc)

Sehr moderne Innenausstattung und tolle Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab sehr viele Strandtücher und auch in der Küche bereits verschiedene Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Auch der "Beach-Locket' gibt mit Schirm, Strandmuschel, Stühlen, Spielen, Sandelzeug und Schwimmbrettern so einiges her. Außerdem war das Haus inkl. Betten, Bad und Küche sauber. Unter dem Sofa und hinter den Schränken könnte mal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden aber das ist für den Urlaub auch nicht sonderlich relevant. Als kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man den Außenbereich sehen. Gerade im Vergleich zum Innenbereich könnte dieser etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein. Die zwei Holzstühle und der etwas heruntergekommene kleine Gasgrill bieten noch Potential. Der Zugang zum Strand und die allgemeine Lage sind traumhaft. Strand und Meer sind wunderschön und waren Anfang Mai auch sehr leer. Caron war bei Fragen immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In Summe war es ein toller Aufenthalt und ist absolut zu empfehlen.

The perfect get away
