On a night where my wife's flight was very delayed. Hostess was a life-saver. Picked up at airport and also prepared a breakfast sack as she knew she'd miss breakfast. Above and beyond experience at a great price. This hotel understands SERVICE makes a difference! Room was clean and comfortable, too!

I want to say something nice about Sleep Inns. At this location the room was very clean comfy and modern. The staff could not have been nicer and the breakfast was adequate. However, there were two problems with technology. The tv was operated by a very strange remote which did not respond to my inputs. called the desk and a lovely lady came up and after some punching around got the remote to work. She said that this was a constant problem and the management may have made a mistake in buying this equipment. She also brought me a channel guide which should have been in the room.....The second problem involved the wi-fi. The log in screen came up but would not accept the information I was told to enter. Not wishing to bother the staff again, I used my iphone's hot spot feature to access and that solved my problem. I should also mention that the room rate was very reasonable and overall a good value; I will continue to stay at Sleep Inns whenever convenient
