Incredible 3-bed 2-bath Beachfront Condo with Sweeping Views!

That picture perfect Florida vacation is waiting for you at the Sand Dollar in Indian Shores. This Gulf front unit will meet your every need. As you enter the front door and see the spacious balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches, you will enjoy the best of Florida from the second you start your vacation. The large balcony is furnished with the most comfortable lounging seats to enjoy the morning tropical breezes or the incredible, picture worthy sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen, expansive dining room, and oversized great room are ready for those relaxing nights in. At the end of the day, everyone will have the comfort of a five star resort. The primary king bedroom has an en suite bathroom, large closet, TV, and office area (if you need to send a few work emails). The other two bedrooms have a king and two queens with TVs and are connected by a bathroom with double sinks. Great place to stay!

Our condo faced the beach. The onsite pool is a plus! We do recommend an additional beach chair, nice heavy umbrella (the one provided was broken, and ironing board needs replacing (would not stay up—catch broke?). We found a lot of good restaurants up and down the island. Enjoyed the proximity to areas north and south. Beach was very accessible and not crowded. We loved the convenience to it.

Overall a good stay. The kitchen needs more silverware for a group of 8. Unfortunately we had no idea of the ongoing beach renourishment & the impact it would have and it forced us to leave a day early due to noise and access to the beach. Wish we had been informed about the possibility.

Nice location. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Could use a very deep clean especially the bathrooms. Lots of hair noted on sheets and walls in master bathroom. The drying mat smelled gross and hand towels in the kitchen had hair (not ours) in them. For the money and service fees they charge I would think it would be cleaner. If you want to get a shaded table at the pool you need to be there right at 9a. Otherwise people would save the tables and not come down until 12 or 1p so nobody could use them and when the sun was blaring there are no other shaded spots. That was frustrating but that’s more on the management who didn’t enforce the rules than the owners of the rental. All in all we’ve been to this area several times and the location is great.

Family get away

All was good in the condo unit. The only issue was inability to get a lounge chair at the pool due to other guests reserving them at daybreak. Signage said no reserving but there was no follow through. That is something that should be addressed to the condo association.
