A quiet neighborhood overall - however we are on the main part of the road. The neighborhood is centrally located getting you anywhere you need to be in 15 mins or less.
I would recommend renting a car while enjoying your stay at the Pinellas Perch, however if you are looking just to spend time downtown, you could get away with Uber only.

I would not recommend this rental to anyone. First day at the property I contacted the owner about the grass and the knobs on the door. The grass was so high( have piks) . The door knobs was loose on the doors. Kept getting hot in the house like the AC was having problem. Pillow cases was nasty (have piks) the owner contacted me about these issues and said don’t let the exterior of the property ruin our vacation 1 you knew the property was rented because it was booked way in advance so it should’ve been checked prior to our check in. Everyone has marks on them got bit by something not sure what was going on but I would never rent this place again

Perfect Perch:-)
My family had to come to St. Pete to help pack up our UT college graduate’s apartment for her to move to California to attend UCLA & Pinellas Perch was the perfect spot to “perch” for the few days that we were in town. Clean and quaint and had everything we needed. Our wonderful host Kosta made everything seamless, and we had an enjoyable stay:-)
