We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, and after a rough year in 2020, we decided to provide a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $40 per day, or $200 per week!

We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.

Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops.

Why stay “near” the beach when you can stay “on” the beach for a rate that competes with a single hotel room?

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. In all my years of renting, I have never come across a condo so well stocked. The hosts thought of everything from binoculars to umbrellas (beach and rain) and everything in between. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was great to have washer and dyer in the unit. The beach loungers were wonderful and appreciated perk of renting the unit. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The grounds/property itself was clean and well kept.
