This is a very well stocked, sparkling clean property that is especially good for families with kids. Our three grandsons ages 5, 8 and 9 even got surf lessons through Nekton Surf shop Skim camp. This is a wonderful location and we look forward to coming back!

Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful time at the house, pool and on the beach. Beach toys were a hit with the kids. With the pool and accommodations a hit with the adults. Having the golf cart to access the local restaurants and beach was a fabulous bonus.

Loved our stay here!

A family spring break was made even better because of the backyard of this house. The heated pool with its shade and sun was tons of fun. We ate most meals in the backyard at the roomy table with umbrella. The blackstone grill came in handy for cooking. This home was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. We would choose this house again!

This place is amazing and a perfect place for a group of friends to chill while in IRB. We loved everything about it, especially the pool area. The Blackstone grill and the basketball hoop were added bonuses, as well as being able to use the golf cart for short trips. The owners were super helpful and were always available for questions. Perfect Getaway

We could not have found a better place for a group of friends to get away! The pool and backyard was where we spent the majority of our time. The floorplan is perfect for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed a day on “Another Pour Decision” and it was perfect as well!!
