Hotel Room, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The room has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Cable TV, WIFI and full bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

We have several listings that are on property of the Innisbrook Golf Resort, from studios to 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Condos! We have it all! This is what we specialize in. If you travel with friends or groups, contact me and we will guide you what condos are best suited for your visit.

SPECIAL NOTE: This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public. However, the resort is now offering for purchase a daily or monthly resort amenity pass. If interested we will give you contact info for the resort Director of Recreation to purchase from directly.

Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. For reservations after May 29, 2020, we are not offering credits or refunds due to COVID 19. The COVID 19 situation is a foreseeable event and the risk of travel is known by the traveler at time of booking. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. There are many other providers whom you can choose to buy from directly. If a guest wishes to pay the balance by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the total owed.
