Welcome to our charming and cozy mid century home,6 bedrooms 5 private baths, nestled in just about 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (12 mins drive) 7 miles to Clearwater beach ( 17 min s drive) our home away from home, close to restaurants, airports, attractions, supermarkets , and phinellas park and bike trail.
Close to shopping and finest restaurants and nightlife in town. We have sought to equipped our home with about anything you anticipate you would need at your stay., make sure you have comfortable stay, adult and kids alike.
Enjoy and splash at our luxurious solar heated pool, soak up on hot tub (available upon request with a $250 charge that will be assessed after booking and confirmation upon request)We are pet friendly home with breed restrictions ($100 per pet fee)

Wonderful stay in every way
This lovely home has everything and is in a nice neighborhood. The layout makes each bedroom feel like a master bedroom. The rooms are open and spacious. There are lots of games and activities indoors and for outside. The location is close to everything - grocery, beaches, restaurants, shopping. The entire experience was well-managed. This is a place you will want to return to.

This place was super clean and spacious for a large family! We enjoyed the screened in porch/pool area! The kitchen was accommodating for our needs! Close to the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Wonderful experience! 5 stars for my overall experience! Bonus: It snowed 1 foot from our home town Minnesota while we were in sunny Florida!! 😎

Family Vacation
The property was what we expected. We had a couple issues that Joseph helped us figure out, in a timely manner. Also, we needed a highchair, and they had one dropped off within hours. We thought the neighborhood and location was perfect for us. Lots of fun things to do and see, less than 30 minutes away. Our family had a fantastic and very memorable time staying in this property. (FYI: One of the bedrooms with a single bed doesn't have a door.)

Spacious Family Fun Property
In general, we were pleased with our stay. The property has large open space which makes it great for groups. There were more than enough bathrooms. The house was spotless. There were numerous family-oriented games and activities available. Our major concern was that the heater for the pool was not operational which of course is necessary in February. The owner, Joseph jumped through hoops trying to get it fixed while we were there, and he did give us a small refund when asked but we booked this property specifically on the property having a heated pool. Another minor issue is that the description of the number of bedrooms on the listing should be corrected. There are not 8 bedrooms. All in all we have a fun stay and appreciate Joseph letting us use his beautiful property.

Best family trip ever!
This house couldn't have been more perfect. The space allowed us to be together in a huge common area cooking, playing cards, or watching tv. It also gave everyone a place to go for some alone time whether it be a bedroom, the patio around the pool, or the front patio. Centrally located, we had groceries five minutes away and the beach 10 minutes away. We also checked out a little sunset festival at Pier 60 on Friday night. So much fun. We all agreed that a return to this house is a MUST!

Beautiful home!
We were in town for my daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding, had family from out of state stay with us, and we brought our small dog with us. The house was terrific and they even had a Christmas tree up which was so nice! We all had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family of 15. Each smaller family group had a level for the rooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. The living area was great for hanging out with the whole group, and yet cozy enough for finding a corner to slip into alone. Joseph was a great host, very quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again if we come to the Tampa area!
