Excellent time

We had a great stay there and really enjoyed how quiet the location was. We were close enough to Clearwater for activities but far enough away to enjoy the quiet beach and location. Beautiful sunsets as well!

Best place ever!

We've been coming here the last 3 years and it's the best condo in Sand Key. The staff clean the pool area and amenities every single day, steps away from the beach, and always the best sunsets. My family will continue to come here every year!

Nice place to get away to

The property is well located and the unit was well equipped and a delight to live in for 10 days. The Columbia restaurant a short 10 minute walk was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We had such a great time at this condo, everything was just as described. It was super clean, bed was comfy, kitchen stocked completely, and furnishings were beautiful. Our view overlooking the pool, hot tub & Gulf couldn’t be beat. There’s restaurants & shopping just steps away. Mgt of this property was helpful & attentive, we couldn’t have been more pleased and would love to stay here again!

Anniversary Trip!

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful clean condo with 2 baths and 2 sofa sleepers. Excellent view of the ocean. Very quiet, private beach. Great for couples or families. We will stay here again.

Excellent views and location, literally a few feet from the beach

The condo was stylish and clean. It has a well equipped kitchen and other supplies needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive to some questions we had. Check-in/out was pretty easy. Will definitely come back next year!

Beach Vacay

The condo was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and updated. The appliances were all modern and it was stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, beach gear, and even outdoor game supplies. The amenities were top notch, and there was a pickleball/tennis court right outside our door! We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again!

Crescent Beach Club 3C

The condo was very nicely decorated. The location is great and the beach is wonderful at Sand Key. Many good places to eat within walking distance. The pool area is also very nice. Parking was a little tight but it wasn’t a major problem. Crescent Beach Club overall is very nice we would return for sure

Excellent Stay!

Stayed in March of 2023, loved it! Our unit was updated and just beautiful. The open floor plan with the incredible kitchen that had everything we needed was so nice. In addition, loved the balcony overlooking the pool/jacuzzi and the beach with the most comfortable balcony furniture was just awesome. The building location is perfect, right on the beach and we could walk everywhere. Our rental process with Sandy Feet was seamless and a great experience.

My Amazing Stay!

I recently just stayed at Crescent Beach Club 2-3C and we had an amazing time. The room was immaculate, spotless, featuring a very large primary bedroom containing a large walk in closet and bathroom. We also cooked in a couple of nights as the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. At nights we hung on the oversized balcony enjoying beautiful views of Clearwater beach. I highly recommended this room to anyone looking to go to Clearwater. You will have a wonderful time and no regrets.

Excellent Experience

First and foremost, the communication between myself and the folks at Sandy Feet (before, during and after our stay) was second to none. The condo itself was very clean, modern and perfectly represented in the photos on the website. The presence of beach towels, chairs and several coolers was a huge bonus for us, since we normally purchase those items and end up leaving them behind. We look forward to coming back for future vacations!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful, updated condo! It truly has everything you could want. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the den's sofa bed is also surprisingly cozy. Having two full bathrooms was a great convenience. The bedroom has a desk perfectly set up to work while enjoying stunning views of the beach. Condo location makes it easy to access to the pool, tennis court, and gym. Also has beach supplies and games. Overall, it's a lovely place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Amazing Vacation

This was an amazing vacation and location. The calm, family friendly atmosphere is a gem. The place was exactly as described and more. Home away from home. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The gated and safety environment was much appreciated. We loved the hours of the pool use and that it was clean at all times. The beach access was excellent, specially for my daughter and mother. We did have a weather relate incident with the beach umbrella we rented, but it was replaced immediately without any issues. I only wish there was an option to rent or borrow a beach wagon. We are looking forward to our next vacation in this place for next summer. Thank you all for everything.

Perfect Slice of Heaven

This condo is located close to the hussle and bussle of Pier 60. Its not walking distance but can drive there in less than 5 mins. Perfect for someone who wants to enjoy Clearwater without the packed beaches. The sand in this area is much rougher than at Pier 60. So if you have kids the sand is full of crushed shells making it difficult to walk on without sandals or build sand castles for the little ones Overall, condo was amazing. Host was amazing. Highly recommended!

Amazing property, caring, involved owners!

Property was exactly as show on VRBO. It was very clean, modern and had everything needed for a GREAT beach vacation. We had a couple hiccups, that owner addressed immediately. One of the beach chairs was rusted so badly it was unusable. Contacted owner, brand new chair delivered to condo first thing next morning. We would definitely rent again. A very plwasable experience from start to finish. If I could give 6 stars I would. Rent it, you will not be disappointed!

Nice unit, property, and location!

Unit was spotless, nicely renovated, and well appointed for our needs. Location was perfect, far enough away from the central Clearwater beach crowd during Spring Break, but still a few families with children on the private beach that our daughter enjoyed playing with. A short walk to a strip of restaurants, stores, and water sports that served our needs perfectly all week. Close to a park that had nice trails for running/walking and a playground. Owners were very helpful figuring out a couple things during our stay and they provided lots of extras like beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and a boogie board that we all enjoyed. Security in the building was on top of any rowdy teens in the pool, late night noise, etc. property had common areas with a nice library/chess room, billiards room, and gym and the common areas were free of sand and trash. We look forward to having the opportunity to stay again!

Amazing!

The is was our first time visiting the Clearwater area and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. Super clean, updated, and decorated beautifully. The view from the balcony is amazing. The den area was a perfect sleeping arrangement for our 3 and 4 year old. Would be completely comfortable for an adult also! The kitchen comes equipped with anything you could need, there are tons of extra blankets and pillows, and beach towels. Being that we had to fly, we were limited on packing, so it was a bonus that there were many beach toys, chairs and umbrella, rafts, etc. There was a small issue with the lock upon our arrival but we had been warned and it was handled very efficiently , as was any communication with the owners. Very gracious and prompt in response! If I HAD to give a negative it would be that the pool is not kid friendly AT ALL, but that comes with the rules of the building, nothing at all to do with the owners. Truly a top notch agency, I would eagerly urge anyone to use them! Bonus: The bottle of wine waiting for us, it was great!!
