Great property and great location. Loved the area! Easy walk to the beach, CVS, and multiple restaraunts and shops. Only downside to the property is the parking and limited space in the parking garage. Other than that no issues and waterpark is great for days when the beach was too windy.

Family friendly

This condo was the best little spot for our family of 5. Plenty of space for the kids to play, and the pool was a big bonus. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend.

Great place for a beach vacation!

Perfect beach vacation. We were an easy walk to the beach, local bars, and restaurants. The water park was fun but packed with people. This unit is on the other side of the building facing the intracoastal; nice and quiet.

Fantastic

Condo was large, clean and well equipped with a quiet view of the inter-coastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants and businesses, within walking distance. Our host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Limited parking on busy weekends with events at the Holiday Inn next door - warning was provided regarding such situations prior to booking!

Shower broken for 2 days. TV was almost unusable and remote batteries were dead. So many rules.

I emptied the trash,cleaned and restocked the dishes. I wonder what the cleaning fee is for? I got a mortgage with fewer pages and rules. We won't be back and do not recommend for adults. Only rent if you have kids that want to go to the water park.

Florida Vacation

The place was wonderful and clean. People who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Two things we did not like was the water in the water park was suppose to be heated and it was not. We could not go in and enjoy the park at all. The other thing is the price on the web page was reasonable to stay there but what we got billed was double that price. We were so disappointed.

Relaxation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, within walking distance to restaurants , and a short walk from the beach. It was nice to have the passes to the waterpark. My kids, especially enjoyed the sand volleyball, which was located right by the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Great family spot!

The property was excellent, just as advertised. The amenities, and the value added items, like the waterpark passes, as well as the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, was excellent, and the host was super prompt, flexible, and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in the Tampa area with family.

Overall good stay

Vacation with young kids is always an adventure! This place is an easy walk to the beach even with young kids. Water park was great. Suggestion do not go first thing Saturday morning. The line to get in was crazy long. Or have 1 person wait in line until get to front. Once inside it wasn’t bad. Several restaurants close. We visited the pizza place several times because no wait time and well kids! The closet with beach toys/chairs/cooler/umbrella was great to not have to worry about bringing those things. The beach area wasn’t too busy either which made it nice with kids to not have people on top of us. Also nice having washer and dryer right in the unit for easy use. Only thing I could complain about was the beds were super uncomfortable. Hopefully they will update them soon! Even the pillows were flat flat. The dishwasher was pretty grimy so I just hand washed everything. Overall we had a good stay!

The property is nice, several blocks from the beach. For starters there is a lot of written rules, etc to go through with keys, parking passes, etc. There are items in the closet that are for the beach. The instructions say to rinse off all the beach toys, wagon etc with sand, but they were all covered in sand. The wagon was completely destroyed, knee boards broken, etc.There is a llot of stuff in the close to use though. The parking is horrible if thye are full. I felt like I spent a third of my vacation hunting for a place to park. That's just on the property. Outside of that the traffic wasn't bad. They have a water park and the water park has a large parking area, but during the day it's for paying guest for the water park. The garage stays completely full. There was 7 of us and we got passes for 4 people each day, so we had to pay for 3 if everyone wanted to go. That cost is half price. There is a fishing dock on the bay, but you can't fish at it, you have to go fish under a bridge. The room was fine for us, the closet door for the washing machine fell off, there was a few utinsils that appeared to be missing, the dishwasher was broken the entire time we were there. You had to work with the balcony door to get it to lock, but it was doable. Wagon was broken in the closet but promptly replaced once noticed and reported. The dishwasher was looked at but couldn't be fixed during our stay. For a 2 BR condo at a resort, $2600 or so everything should work.

Summer Vacation

We had a great time here! The water park is fantastic and our kids had a blast. The beach is just a short walk away and it was so nice that there are chairs and toys in the closet so we didn’t have to purchase or pack those items. There’s several restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops in walking distance. Hope to stay again!

Mini vacation

Enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying at this location but in a different unit. It was very clean, near the beach, intercoastal, and the fun water park that our daughter loved. Great restaurants nearby and easy walk to all of them.
