We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though we weren't able to bring our dog Beau on a beach walk. The cottage is tastefully furnished with adequate kitchen supplies as well as comfortable beds. The fenced-in side yard was comfortable for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying visits with family.

This was the perfect rental that checked all the boxes. Very comfortable with all the amenities. Also a very short walk to the beach and beach bars with wonderfully talented live entertainment nightly. The location was close to shopping as well. If just chillin at home is your vibe, the Happy Hour Cottage is the place to be.

Delightful Getaway

This is a lovely place to stay at the beach. It was clean and efficiently furnished. We ended up with 6 adults which should have felt more crowded than it did, but instead we just enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Short, easy drives to more concentrated amusements. Communication with owner was useful and quick. I would love to visit again.

Perfect Getaway Cottage

This property was beautiful. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Caddy’s & Ka-Tiki Bar. The house is beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything we needed. The outside sitting area was a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The wagon full of chairs, umbrella’s, etc. was nice for time spent on the beach. We would definitely stay here on a return trip to the Treasure Island area.

Perfect Cottage by the Sea

Loved our stay everything was nice, clean and new. Loved that we had additional parking. This cottage is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Caddy’s is still closed but they have a great pop up with a limited menu. This cottage was perfect for our long weekend. I was surprised they even had a washer and dryer. We didn’t use it but was great in case we needed to. We sat outside at night in the side patio which was just magical! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

The cottage is just what you would see in the old St. Pete Beach area. The house is clean, and the backyard is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. It was great to sit in the backyard without worrying about the Florida bugs. No mosquitoes here. YEAH! The one issue that we had was with the AC. It is understandable that items break without warning, but it is how the host rectifies the issue. All I received was that the AC guy would either be there that night or in the morning. No confirmation on either and no further communication. We were leaving the next day. Luckily, there were fans in each room that worked, and the night was not too warm. By morning, the house was a lovely 80 degrees. It would be good to inform the guests about what is going on if the AC company is not coming that day. Also, as someone from the St. Pete area, there are many AC companies available and should be available in case of an issue. Hope they have the AC working and a person available when it stops.

Great Kitchen! Great Location!

This place has one of the best kitchens in a rental I've ever had the pleasure of using. Very, very well appointed with new everything, big fridge, sharp knives, etc. Loved that. The foldout couch is super comfy too--another rarity in rentals. A great location on a quiet street despite the Caddy's. Don't worry about the noise and revelry--you can't hear it from the house. Beach access is a snap. A couple of suggestions: maybe put a shelf of some kind in the hall between the bedrooms to keep stuff off the floor. And maybe a shelf inside each closet. It would also be helpful to have a folding drying rack for towels. One last thing--if you enclosed the outdoor shower it would get used more. Overall, a great place to stay!

Perfect Beach House at Sunset Beach

Cute beach cottage which was recently remodeled in 2023. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. It has 2 bedrooms (1 King bed with ensuite bathroom and 1 Queen bed) and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked. The towels and sheets were top quality. It has a washer/dryer combo machine along with new appliances in the kitchen. It has a fenced in courtyard on the side of the house with a table and plenty of chairs. Also has bbq grills and an outdoor shower with warm water. Sunset Beach is a beautiful beach and is only a 2 minute walk away. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance (Caddys, Ka'Tikis, Sea Dog Brewing and Taco Bus). We also walked to The Shell Shop in Treasure Island. The house is 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and 15 minutes from Pass-a-Grille which was a perfect location for us. There are also 2 driveways at the house on each side for off street parking. No issues at the house and great communication with the host.
