Nice place, but…
We arrived after having excellent communication with the owner. Unfortunately it was just getting dark when we got there. The only lights working outside, by the pool were solar lights. They had not been charged by the sun that day, so it was quite dark. The one actual wired light that faced the pool was out. The owner acted as if she had no idea, but when her handyman came over the next day, he said that had been on his list of things to repair the next week. So, she lied.
After checkout and heading home we realized a pillow had been left by one of the kids in our group. I immediately reached out asking the owner to please send the pillow case to us via mail, and that I would cover the expenses of that. She said no problem and no worry to pay, she would have it sent. Then, nothing. I have reached out an additional 3 times with no response.
I thought I would, but I absolutely will not rent from her again.
