Los condominios de Sea Gate están ubicados en la hermosa ciudad de Indian Shores. Esta unidad está en el piso superior, y es una unidad de esquina con vista al Golfo de México en la parte delantera y al canal Intracostero en la parte posterior. Imagine que se despierta por la mañana con el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la playa y mirando por la puerta deslizante desde su habitación y viendo a los delfines jugando en las olas.
Esta unidad ha tenido una renovación completa desde nuevos pisos, paredes y techos hasta baños elegantes con gabinetes a medida, lavabos dobles y duchas de azulejos y superficies sólidas con puertas de vidrio.
La cocina está completamente equipada con sartenes y utensilios para que pueda preparar sus comidas, o si prefiere cenar, hay una variedad de restaurantes para elegir.
La Master Suite tiene una cama king size con un televisor de alta definición de 32 'con reproductor de DVD incorporado. También tiene un baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y una cama queen size y un baño contiguo. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un balcón privado con vista al canal intracostero y Gulf Boulevard.
Hay una lavadora y secadora completa con detergente, así como una plancha y tabla de planchar.

The penthouse was perfection! We enjoyed our week in the area and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit of a nightmare during construction, but hopefully with that done now, it is a non-issue. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and the living room provided plenty of seating for us while relaxing and watching movies at night. The provided beach towels, cooler, and such made packing for our flight so easy. The beach was great too as it's not so crowded that you have to get out there early to get "your spot." My husband and I could relax from our chairs and still see our kids in the water because there weren't rows and rows of people blocking our view. We would 100% recommend staying here.

This condo was truly amazing! We have stayed at this complex several times in other units and we’ve always been pleased. However, this was our first time in this unit, but will not be the last. The host truly made it an amazing stay. When flying in from out of town you always worry about what you will need to bring, from beach gear to toiletries and have to plan to bring them with you or purchase there. This unit had it all. From shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to hand soap at every sink. There was even a supply of laundry pods! The furnishings were beautiful with more than enough seating for the 6 of us to watch movies and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the linens were great. There were enough beach chairs and towels for our party of 6 and even more of everything if we’d needed. We had a truly wonderful stay and will be back to this unit next year!!

Hurricane Debby

We were there during Hurricane Debby so we saw a Gamit of situations. The condo held strong and provided all the comfort and safety one could ask for. We had great communication with our host, Tanya. She made sure we were well taken care of. We have stayed in this building many times; however, this was the best condo we have stayed in from a cleanliness standpoint, with well-appointed furnishings and well-stocked amenities. Would highly recommend it!

Even better than expected!

I stayed at this property with my family and 2 young kids and we absolutely loved it! The condo surpassed our expectations as far as cleanliness, decor, and being FULLY stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed for a week at the beach, which we’ve never encountered in a condo before. Tanya was also amazing at responding to any questions we had quickly and courteously, which was greatly appreciated! We were also super impressed with Indian Shores itself - it was the perfect mix of quaint and not overly crowded, but we still had plenty to do besides the beach when we wanted to. Everyone in our group from our school age kids to grandparents loved this trip!

Beautiful place with stunning views

The property was beautiful. We had a relaxing week enjoying the condo, sitting on the deck taking in the view and even saw dolphins almost every day! We really enjoyed the supply closet full of everything you need for a great day on the beach. Seriously, all you need to pack is clothes, everything else is provided. We had a relaxing week and I would highly recommend this property for families or a getaway with friends!

Highly recommend

I’ve been going on a “girl’s” beach trip for almost 30 years. This condo was the cleanest rental ever! We had our own beach chairs but next time I will not mess with bringing. The beach closet had everything you could need for a spot on the beach! We added some spices to the cabinet although there were several options. I can’t say it lacked for anything. Perfect spot on the beach and walked to one of our favorite restaurants (Salt Rock Grill). Great location. We will return!

Amazing Location

Beautiful location on the beach. Property is just as shown. Lots of little extras in the unit such as snacks on arrival and adorable towel animals. Closet has everything needed for the beach. Would definitely stay again!

A Spectacular Week

We absolutely loved our week here. It comes completely as advertised, fully renovated, fully stocked, no surprises. Walking distance to the Salt Rock, Indian Shores Coffee, and of course Mahuffers. Oh those sunsets!

Lovely top floor corner unit.

We had a great stay in this lovely top floor corner unit. Very clean and updated. Walk in showers great for my elderly parents. Well stocked with tons of beach chairs and toys. We’ve been going to the Gulf Coast for 10 years now and this is the best condo we’ve had. Tonya was very responsive to our communications; she is even shipping back some clothes we left by mistake! Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back.

A little slice of Heaven on Earth for a restful dose of Vitamin Sea!

Our stay in the Sea Gate corner penthouse was nothing short of spectacular! The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and very-well appointed with everything we needed for an incredible week on the beach. Not only is the place immaculately maintained, the owners go “above and beyond” to assure you want for nothing. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the cooking supplies anyone could possibly need; the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc and also with baskets full of body wash, shampoos, hydrogen peroxide, aloe, etc; the beach supply closet has floats, sunscreen, easy up tent, umbrellas and plenty of chairs along with floats, toys, beach towels and more! The owners are responsive and professional and the instructions for checking in and out are clear and easy to follow. Our sentiments are clearly felt by others as documented in the “guest book” left by the owners to allow all who visit to share their experiences. And share they have done, in fact, for many years! We truly couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to visit again someday for our annual dose of “vitamin sea.”
