Enjoy a stylish modern experience at this centrally-located home. Wide open space that is completely renovated with high end materials. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home, with quartz countertops and all new appliances. View the pool and lush natural Floridian landscape from the kitchen. Lots of natural lighting throughout the home. Living room has a genuine leather couch with charging outlets that views a 77" OLED 4K glare-free Smart Tizen TV. Whole house water treatment system. Remote controlled fans, lights and shades throughout the home.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary bedroom has A king size bed with his and her closets. Ensuite room has a couch and office area space. Primary bathroom has dual rainfall shower heads with additional hand held water units, and frameless, anti-fog LED and lighted hotel style mirror.

Guest bedrooms features queen size beds.

All beds have weighted duvets and memory foam mattresses. Each bed lifts for additional under bed storage where extra sheets, pillows and duvets are stored.

Guest bathroom has similar features as the primary bathroom, but one shower head and boasts a new soaking tub.

Open concept to view easily all areas of the kitchen, dining area and living room.
