We did have an ocean view. The furniture was very old and upholstery felt dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedroom was dirty. The carpet in the bedroom stained and dirty. The kitchen was poorly equipped. 1 fry pan that was old and scratched up teflon. No start up foil or plastic wrap, no spices. I-Trip was very responsive with our request for a mop, step ladder, drying rack, vacumn, pot holders and utensils for the grill. Also, bedroom is just outside of the elevator which dings all hours of the night. Dishes were old and chipped every time we used them, Bathroom, toilet was very low and the toilet paper holder was broken and so close to the toilet it was easy to hit when using the toilet. Would not stay here again.

The location was excellent, however the condo was dated and needed upgrades. The bathroom was very small, cramped and needed updating badly. There is no protection in the shower from temperature extremes when someone flushes the stool.Bed mattresses need replacing and when the furnace (also in the bedroom) runs it is very difficult to get sleep.The host tried to help by getting us mattress pads and a stool extension (stool very short) but it didn’t really fix the problems.I don’t blame the host, they tried. The owner simply needs to upgrade.

Loved this condo. Location was great. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful sunsets, large private balcony, John's Pass was across the street. Condo was comfortable and well equipped. We hope to return soon.

The place was just as described. We loved the beach front balcony even at night. it was so quiet out there, could hear the waves crashing. the size of the unit was perfect, place was clean and had everything we needed. private parking space and also could walk to dinner, stores and bars so no need to drive. We needed to contact the host with a question and had a response immediately. no complaints, hope to be back to the beach soon.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful week long stay at this vacation home. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and convenient cabana rental. We enjoyed watching dolphins and sunsets from our balcony, creating a memorable experience. We also loved being able to walk right across the street for delicious food, ice cream and some great shopping.

I would have gave everything thing a 5 stars but the elevator wasn’t fixed and really didn’t give a long enough notice nice thing we were on the first floor. The pool was exceptionally clean and plenty of space to sit.

Great spot for lots to do for party or water sports, maybe not a relaxing babymoon

Overall it was a clean and nice spot right on the water and across from plenty to do if you don’t want to go to the beach or pool. I would not reccomend going here with an infant under 2. It was very loud with cars on the road and different parties of people having their good time. Just difficult for a young person sleep schedule and night time routine. But we loved the view and being next to John’s pass for activities. Would be prefect for couples or family’s for beach activities and access to Johns pass across the street. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets felt like plastic. But for a short weekend it was torlerable kinda. Tv in the main living area was just cable changes. Not a smart tv with the app options. We were still able to find movies to watch in the evening to wind down but not our baby’s typical shows during his wake hours.

Being right on the beach on first floor was fabulous! Pool was great and looked great after being redone! Onsite parking spot was so convenient and reaching property manager was very easy, replied promptly. Would stay again!!

The location was wonderful! Walking distance to everything and the beach was beautiful! Only bad thing is the beds are really hard and squeeky. The sound of the traffic was loud along with the people yelling because you are right along a busy street. The baseboards and floors were a little yucky too but other than that it was great!
