The pool was very enjoyable and most days were spent there. Lovely view watching the dolphins swim by from the balcony. Unit itself needs to be upgraded if owner wants to rent to folks. Houses up to 6 people and has a 25 year old 2 slice toaster. Coffee maker is just a Mr. Coffee type and that's fine, but this one is about 20 years old. The copper plate piece under the carafe kept falling out. TV. instructions were terrible to understand and we had to get help come in to get the tv working properly. Appliances work but are really outdated. Shower head in master ensuite really needs to be replaced. Water shooting in all directions. King sized bed was comfy but worn. Two big dents on either side of the bed means don't try to move out of your spot or you are on lumps and bumps. Time to replace! The location is well worth the money spent, but feel the unit does not warrant the cost.
