We arrived and saw feces in the pool. We asked for that to be cleaned immediately. The people who in charge of cleaning the pool argued that it was organic material and sent me a video of the pool. The video did not show images of the entire pool and conveniently stopped short at the midpoint, so the feces were not visible from the video. Cleaning the pool took 2 days. Our group was disappointed and went to the beach for those two days instead, which ended up costing a fair amount of money to park our vehicles in town. I did request for those parking fees to be refunded because it altered our plans and cost us additional money. I did get a response for the request, but it most likely came from a chatbot as I got a canned response giving me an apology and letting me know that an inquiry would be made. That canned response occurred at least 3 times over the course of a week. For the price we paid, we will not use the same house next year.
