The Blue Pearl - Pool Retreat 7 Min to Beach!

At the Blue Pearl enjoy the perfect getaway with a private, saltwater pool just 7 minutes from the beautiful white sands of Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg & Tampa. With 4 bedrooms cozily sleeping 10 and new furnishings/Smart TV's in every room, we hope to make your vacation a truly memorable one!

THE SPACE:

The Blue Pearl has four bedrooms (five beds), two full-sized bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, pool, & patio.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, 32-inch LED Smart TV, ensuite bathroom.

Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Bedroom #3: Full-size bed with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Bedroom #4: Two full-size beds with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, two swivel barrel chairs, console table with two barstools, 43-inch LED Smart TV.

Master Bathroom: Walk-in shower, sink, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and
hair dryer.

Bathroom #2: Shower/tub, sink, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Kitchen: Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, burner top stove, coffee maker (Keurig), pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, silverware, wine glasses, BBQ utensils, cups, plates, and more.

Backyard Oasis: Patio with 50-inch LED Smart TV, four pool lounge chairs, grill, hammock, outdoor bar, child safety pool fence, pool (heated & saltwater).

Other Amenities: Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, pack n play, pool floats, pool noodles, 10+ board & card games, washer, dryer.

Keyless entry. On premise parking provided (max 4 cars).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please note the spa has the same temperature setting as the pool. The spa is NOT a hot tub and does not have temperatures different than the pool water. The pool & spa are heated only from late October to March, at no extra charge.

Please be mindful the home is nestled in a quiet, family & retiree neighborhood.

Guest Rules:

* Tampering with pool equipment or outdoor cameras is prohibited.
* Child pool fence is not to be removed due to city regulations.
* No smoking or drug use in the home or premises.
* Minimum age to book is 25+.
* No parties or pets.

Outdoor cameras on the exterior of the home and a noise decibel meter help ensure accordance with 'Guest Rules'. Failure to abide to any 'Guest Rules' will result in extra fees.

WHERE YOU'LL BE:

The Blue Pearl is nestled in a quiet, residential family and retiree neighborhood within a mile from Target, Publix, countless eateries, coffee shops, nature preserves, & more. Less than a block away is the Pinellas Trail, a 75 mile multi-use pathway stretching from St Petersburg up to Tarpon Springs. A couple blocks in the same direction is Taylor Park, a 150 acre green space with a picturesque freshwater lake!
