Outstanding Beach Rental

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Clearwater Beach. Very clean, well-stocked unit in a great location right on the beach. Highly recommended.

Great Central Location, great pool and hot tub

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Clearwater Beach. This property was very stocked, so we didn't even have to pull out our own chairs or beach toys. The property was in a great, central location, the patio had a great view of the sunset and pool. I came home happy, tan and wonderfully relaxed.

Lovely experience

A really nice experience all round. Lovely condo, pleasant host and helpful staff on premises. Check-in and out pretty seamless, although we left at 5 AM to start the long drive home and did not see the email asking to let them know we were out of the unit until that night. Might be wise to send it the day or evening before check out day.

Vacation From the Balcony

I hurt my leg prior to our stay here so we where not able to see much of Clearwater Beach. However, the accommodations and location were excellent. On the downside the kitchen did not have an ice maker, the visit had too many rules, we would have liked a more simple check-in process, and our stay required an evaluation of our worthiness at an additional cost. In spite of theses negatives, we would recommend staying here.

Amazing Clearwater Beach Condo!

Location, location, location!! Mandalay Beach Club is a fantastic place to spend your Clearwater Beach vacation! It is within walking distance of so many great restaurants, stores, the pier, and is right on the beach. This condo unit was amazing and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Things we loved most (along with the location) were the view, the deck (huge!), the pool, the kitchen and all the beach equipment. The king size bed was also very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the bed in the 2nd bedroom. I think it was a double, not a queen. It's comfortable enough for one person (though I've had better), but two adults cannot sleep well in this bed. This was not enough to take away our 5-star review. Absolutely amazing property!! Our entire family, which included children, had a great time!

Wonderful stay at an outstanding condo

Wonderful visit during the month of February 2021 to this beautiful condo unit overlooking the Gulf, pool and fantastic beach. This was our second year at this property, and the accommodations, decor and comfort are top-notch. We are certainly looking forward to next year! Outstanding Property

The condo and all its appointments are excellent - it is truly a beautiful property with a gorgeous view. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything one could want or need. The building is beautifully maintained and well managed, and the underground parking with 24 hour security is a real plus. Teeming VR has been very responsive and easy to work with, through the reservation and procedures process, as well as dealing with minor maintenance items. Overall a wonderful stay, and we are already booked for next year!

Great location

I love Mandalay Beach Club and have stayed in another unit in previous years. SM 403 is a terrific location, overlooking the pool, with sun on the balcony from sunrise to sunset and beautiful view of wide expanse of the beach. Nice layout, well equipped, huge supply of beach towels, and no carpeting in bedrooms to get dirty and full of sand. Hope to book it again for next November. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

San Marco, Mandalay Beach Club

This is absolutely the perfect location and condo here in Clearwater Beach. It’s very clean, having the 3rd bedroom is great to have if you have drop in visits. Oct. is a great time to visit but remember sometimes maintainance around the complex is being done. This year the pool wasn’t heated and they were replacing tiles in the entrances. It certainly didn’t really affect our stay, but we couldn’t actually swim in the pool. I love this location so much. I also wish the complex would keep our security checks on file instead of filling out this extensive check. I don’t even mind paying for it every year, just not having to fill it out and waiting to hear back. Very confusing. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

A True Gem!

Outstanding Vacation at Mandalay Beach Club

We have stayed at this units for the past five years. Unit SM 403 is perfectly located overlooking the pool, beach and Pier 60. The balcony has the sun from late morning through the entire day. The units has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We always have guests and there is plenty of room. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The management at the Mandalay Beach Club are extremely accommodating. Mandalay Beach Club is located on the main drag at Clearwater Beach. We walked to various restaurants (Beachcomber and Blinkers etc.) and the drug store is across the street. We are on the beach so access to the beach is walking out of the Club and on to the beach. In addition, security for the complex is very professional. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. We have already booked our vacation for next year. That will be our sixth year in a row. That shows how much we enjoy this unit for vacation. In addition, dealing with Teeming Vacation Rentals was a pleasure. All of the staff is very professional and they try to accommodate you in every way possible.

An amazing vacation!!! Nothing left to desire

We can't say enough about this vacation rental...highly recommend staying here. High class, well furnished, great services, best location! The unit has everything you need, is very clean, and the complex offers most services you can think of, and some you don't but are glad you have access to. Not a day went by where we didn't comment on how much we loved the condo or how lucky we were to be in the location we were (a 2 minute walk to all that Clearwater beach has to offer). We will return to this exact condo every year for many years to come as long as we manage to lock it up every year! I'm sure this unit is high in demand. Thanks for the great vacation!

Nice, but less than expectations

Mandalay Beach Club appears to be a "Rolls Royce" quality place, but in reality it seems more like an above-average hotel. PROS: 1) If you want to stay "close to the action" at Clearwater Beach, MBC is a great location. You're walking distance to MANY restaurants, Pier 60, and the Clearwater Marina. The sand at Clearwater Beach is some of the best in the U.S. 2) The MBC has some nice amenities: pool deck and pool, grills, workout room, and pool table. 3) This condo unit is essentially a nice condo. Comfortable beds and decent living space. Good view of the pool deck, Pier 60, and the Gulf. CONS: 1) The Condo needs some maintenance. Two of three sliding doors to the patio wouldn't open (they are VERY difficult to open even when operating normally). The kitchen faucet is held together with tape. The window blinds are pretty cheap and have slats missing. TV remotes had backs missing and missing batteries. 2) The Condo has very little storage space for you. The owner has much of the closet space and drawer space already used. So, you end up storing several of your things on the floor in corners. 3) TRASH SMELL IN THE HALLWAY. We pretty much knew what day of the week it was based on the hallway smell. It got worse and worse leading up to trash day. 4) The "condo rules" are pretty much over the top and inconsistent. I totally understand in a complex this large you want rules to have a place where people aren't offended by others, but the pool rules seem over-the-top and are not evenly enforced. 5) Pool area needs more umbrellas. For the 40+ pool chairs, there are only 3 umbrellas. There are 4 tables with 4 umbrellas. 6) This "con" may seem a little petty, but the condo unit has WAY too many decorative pillows. There were 20+ pillows around the condo that pretty much makes it practically impossible to use the beds, couches, and chairs. Overall, not a big deal, right? You just move them. However, when you move them, I mentioned above there's not much available storage space for you. So, you have to figure out where to stash the pillows in space that you need to use for your own stuff. 7) Construction. There was NON-STOP construction from about 8:30am until the end of the day, every week day. Very noisy. So, overall, the place is fine. However, for the premium price you pay for a spot on Clearwater Beach, you'd expect to get something more than just an above-average hotel quality.

Beautiful Condo but dated

My wife and I spent two months at this condo. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this condo. Everything said about this condo is accurate, it I a beautiful condo with fantastic views. Some suggestions: 1.) The light green and dark green couches and the light green matching chair in the living room should be replaced. Sitting in this furniture for any period of time watching television is VERY uncomfortable. 2.) the faucet in the kitchen should be replaced. The removable faucet is always falling out of the socket. 3.) The sliding door out to the balcony from the living room should be replaced. It took all of my strength to open the door. My wife and other guests could not open the door. 4.) New sheets for the beds should be provided. When making the bed in the guest room, we noted that the bottom sheet on the bed had several holes in it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to our friends. All of the restaurants in Clearwater Beach are very good.

Nice, but not up to expectations

Mandalay Beach Club is a well maintained property. The unit we rented however was below par. They have 3 BR's which sleeps 6, but only have 4 chairs to sit at the dining table. Also only 4 chairs to sit on the balcony. It would have been better if the had extra folding chairs available. The bedroom without a window had a bunk bed, the lower bunk was full size, but the mattress was so used, it folded in the middle. My question to the owner, "would you sleep on that bed"? For the price of this rental, these problems should not have occurred.

Best Beach Club Getaway

This is really a home away from home!!!!The unit was lovely and looked just like the pictures.The sun on the balcony was just what we needed everyday!!!!!The rooms are spacious and clean and linens,towels and beach towels are supplied.Shopping is right outside the unit and restaurants are good.The beach is easy to get to and the pool and grounds are spotless.We would highly recommend this property.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

We had a lovely holiday at Mandalay Beach Resort The apartment was perfect with fantastic views of the beach/sunset and pier 60 Very clean and comfortable and big enough for 6 sharing. Beds very comfortable after a long day doing nothing. Kids were very excited to find an Xbox plus all the beach toys in the cupboards. Loads of beach towels . Kitchen had all the equipment needed for a relaxing holiday. Used the communal BBQ a few times in the evening. The pool area and communal areas were beautiful, very well kept, gym was used regularly to burn of all those calories consumed in local restaurants. Easy to get to from airport , easy and safe to walk out at night, lots of choice of places to eat and drink . Had a couple of minor issue during our stay but they were sorted out promptly and efficiently by Loreliei and Madonna at TVR Spent quite a few evenings on balcony just watching the sun go down. All of our party aged 11 – 68 would highly recommend Apartment I403 to any future travellers, Clearwater is a beautiful beach and this apartment was the perfect place to stay and enjoy it .
