Some nights we did not have a parking spot due to the bar on the property and had to park in the lot down the road. Fridge in our unit made a load noise, (sounded like a garborator), and had to stuff a towel between the headboard and wall due to load squeeking when anyone moved.

Nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and added bonus to have Marker 8 (bar/food) on the premises. Pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and tables to sit were very nice. Sunsets every night were beautiful! Bar passed shots around for those who wanted to celebrate the beauty of the sunset. (Free). The only downer was the comfort of our bed (could feel the springs) and the room was smaller than expected. ( 2 adults and one teenager). I would stay again perhaps other rooms have more comfortable beds. ? The location was perfect. close to many things on our list of things to do. Recommend staying here due to over all experiences.

Pros on this property: Easy parking, updated and clean rooms, private balcony, close to downtown Dunedin, great view of the water and the tiki bar Cons: the room smelled like a musty cabin for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay, the bed was really hard, and they had a serious lack of a decent coffee maker. It was an affordable place to stay and overall okay.

Some units at this resort have individual owners but are managed by the resort. You never know which units are which when you book online. Our room #201, had a mattress that was extremely old, springs popping through the fabric and hard as a rock. Because it was not owned by the resort, nothing could be done during our two night stay. In fairness, we were provided a discount. Would stay here again but would not book online.
