Relax in the cozy living room with an electric fireplace and Smart TV after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need for light meals, including a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, standard dishware for four, drink mixer set, and a dining table for two. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided to help you start each morning.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with premium bedding, extra pillows, and its own Smart TV. The oversized couch can accommodate an additional guest if needed.

We had a lovely stay at this location. Among the awesome things were a dual coffee pot with a pot and Keurig pod maker, cozy electric fireplace, comfortable bed, bath robes, and a lovely backyard with a fire pit, comfortable seating for morning coffee and beach supplies. Would recommend this place to anyone stopping by the Clearwater area. Oh and forgot easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

Good price and the location next to a large walking park was excellent. Good size for 2 people. Distance to beach in early morning with no traffic is a 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Met the owners and they are a very nice retired couple. The included beach umbrella and chairs are very handy.

I really enjoyed how clean my place was. Probably the cleanest place. I’ve stayed in ever. I also really enjoyed the Samsung TV in both rooms with every channel you could think of for entertainment. Great place to stay in the Clearwater / St. Petersburg area with access to all the beaches and a great neighborhood to walk your dog. The place was immaculately clean with just the right amenities for two people and our dog. Hostess made sure to provide a nice touch of the little things upon arrival like water, snacks, hand soap, toothbrushes (just in case you forgot), and even toilet paper! It was very nice to have these things on arrival after a long drive to the area and having not had time to stop at the local store. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to run around and play. The hostess was great and answered all my questions both before and during the stay. Will rent again if ever in the area in the future!
