We had the best stay! Great place, great location. We loved the beach cart and chairs, we even added another to the collection. It was so helpful to have these items to help with our beach days. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at these before and the location is great. I was disappointed because there was no beach chairs for the beach. We picked this place cause last time there was plenty of chairs and umbrellas but this time there was none.

Great place

We have been coming to treasure island for years, and have stayed at the palms many times. The location is great. Beach is right across the street, Publix grocery / liquor store is right beside the condo, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.We were pleasantly suprised to see the building lobby has been renovated (maybe due to hurricane?). The condo was great. It was our first time staying in this unit. It was very nice, much better than some of the other units we have stayed in. The unit is very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you.We

Family vacation

The perfect spot for a family vacation with three teenagers. We spent a few hours at the beach each day then were able to relax in the air conditioned condo. Being a holiday week, the pool area was very busy so we did not use it often. Having a grocery store next door is very convenient. It is so nice having a beach location yet having so many options for activities within 45 minutes. We went to Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, mini-golfing, shopping, and visited two local restaurants for dinner. This is our second time at The Palms and we love it!

Disappointed

We were disappointed this year. For the extreme upcharge from last year it wasn't the expectation we had. Construction again, noise early every morning, garbage disposal not working..but who knew until we put something in. No hot tub was huge especially with the weather we had at beginning. Still wondering if we will be back there.

Needs work

This property is in a great location, has a great view, pool and hot tub. The condo is fairly spacious, but we were frustrated with many things about the property. The room was not clean. From the kitchen floor being filthy, to the layer of dust and grime on top of the refrigerator, to the french fries/ketchup packets/other food that we found in the pull out couch, this room definitely needed a good cleaning. The tub, shower and bedding was clean. More significant of an issue, the king bed was like sleeping on concrete. This wasn’t a firm mattress. I’ve never experienced a bed like it. The elevator was broke down for most of the days of the week that we were there, so we had to carry a lot of heavy stuff up many flights of stairs. From talking to others, this is an ongoing issue. I would advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid this property. The condo does have potential if the issues mentioned are fixed.

Good Apartment but Some Items to Note

We had an overall good stay at this VRBO apartment, though there were a few things to note. The apartment is a good size, and I liked that both bedrooms are at opposite ends for added privacy. The building is conveniently located next to a grocery store and only one block from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the place was clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, especially in the mornings when it wasn't crowded.However, the apartment faces a busy street, so be prepared for noise during the day and even at night, especially on weekends. Additionally, we experienced roofing work during our stay, which was extremely noisy and disrupted our privacy as they accessed the roof right in front of our balcony.The patio furniture was different from what was pictured, and one of the bedrooms faces the building hallway, so it was quite bright at night (we had to use eye masks). The bathroom lights also activate noisy, outdated vents, which was a bit annoying. The kitchen disposal didn't work, though I’m unsure if this was intentional. On the plus side, it was great to have a working washer and dryer in the unit.Just a heads-up, if you stay longer than 3-5 days, you’ll need to bring or buy extras like trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper, as the supplies are limited. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t feel it was quite worth the value considering the noise and other small inconveniences.

Nous en sommes à notre 4e arrêt au Palm of Treasure . Nous avons été un peu plus déçu cette fois-ci. La propreté dans le condo ainsi qu’à la piscine laissait à désirer. Les matelas de lit sont rendus très inconfortables, plusieurs semblent en fin de vie. Le lave-vaisselle n’a toujours pas été changé un an après avoir signalé qu’il était brisé . Bref, plus déçu cette année surtout au prix que nous payons.
