This wonderful cottage is across the street from the public beach entrance, yet in a residential community. Fully Remodeled Early 2020...basically brand new! Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

What a sweet cottage get away! So close to everything. You can literally walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and coffee shops! The host was wonderful and responded quickly! The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed!

Nice clean little house just 1 block away (less than 5 min walk) from the beach. Loved the fact that beach items (umbrella, chair, cooler, wagon...) were available to use. Made the stay at the beach so much smoother and easy.I greatly recommend it.

Only thing we can say is “Perfect”. Great location, fantastic house that is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to get our toes in the sand. Walking distance to bars, ice cream, coffee, and multiple restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of pillows on the beds, and tons of beach equipment in the shed. Communication was everything. We needed for nothing. House was even better than the listing.

This was the first time that we stayed in a VRBO and it was fantastic. The house was very close to the beach and all of the areas that we frequent in Indian Rocks beach. Check in was very easy, hot tub was clean and kept at a nice temperature. The house had everything necessary for a beachy stay.

Great house and owner, she was available if needed. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Summer 2025 beach getaway

This house is so adorable with its beach decor and decorations. It’s located just a block away from Indian Rocks beach and has a beach bar restaurant and other stores in walking distance. I highly recommend this perfect beach getaway!

We loved our stay at the “A” Beachy Keen Cottage. It is the cutest house and literally the fifth house from the beach. There are a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. Hurricane Eddies which is super close had a great vibe and the appetizers/food was good. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. Paula was very quick to answer all my questions. The only downfall was the people smoking pit behind us and it made the master bathroom smell like pot. Thanks you for sharing your beautiful cottage!!!!
