There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no-refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not make anyone an exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, you need to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Definitely Five-Star hotel service all around! We are a couple with a teenage daughter and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful one-bedroom unit at the JW Residence. It truly exceeded our expectations! The space was much larger than we imagined—gorgeous, modern, and luxurious. Everything felt brand new, and the stunning views of the blue ocean and beach made it even more special. We had such a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much!
We had a great long weekend staying in this unit and property! We really enjoyed having beach chairs & beach service. We did not rent a car and used the trolley if we wanted to travel outside of walking distance. I wish the condo had a dishwasher but not the end of the world!
