The sea dike with a beach crossing can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. Numerous shops, such as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, rehabilitation clinics and the train station can be reached quickly thanks to the central yet very quiet location.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a high-quality stove with ceramic hob and convection oven, a built-in fridge with freezer compartment, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. A high-quality children's high chair from Stokke is also available. There is also a high chair for small children in the house. The stairs can also be secured with stair bars. The modern, light-flooded bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor. The window is fitted with insect screens.
