Small, cozy apartment in the 1st. OG amidst a pine forest, near the beach on the spa promenade, directly on the dike in the district of Bad, quiet area. The beach promenade starts behind the property of the plant. The beach and the lively, unique flair in the center of Sankt Peter Ording are just a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find the adventure promenade with many shops and restaurants, pier to the beach, Gosch, Noah's Ark stilthouse restaurant, Dünentherme and the Dünen-Hus with its regular cultural events. Enjoy the view over the salt marshes, the sea and the beach.

Equipment: completely renovated in 2016 and furnished

The apartment has a size of 27 sqm and was completely renovated in 2016 and refurbished. It has a combined living / bedroom with kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet, hallway and a storeroom. The equipment includes a high-quality double sofa bed with 170 cm wide mattress (new purchased in 2019), 2 Sitz- / Fußhocker, a 150 cm wide wardrobe, 1 bedside table, 102er Flat TV, combined home theater / music system (radio, CD, DVD, Blurayplayer) , In the kitchen there is a fridge with a small freezer, microwave, mini oven, 2 hotplates (ceramic hob), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and pots. In the bathroom a hair dryer is available. You can deposit your luggage in the storage room or on the wardrobe. The apartment is electrically heated (immediate heat, no night current). On the ground floor of the house there is a storage room for bicycles, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee 50 cents per unit). A car parking space (No. 5) is reserved for you free of charge. When booking the bed linen package your beds (goose down duvets) and the fold-out sofa bed from our cleaning service are already fresh.

Wir haben spontan einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Sankt Peter Ording verbracht.Lange und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge bei bestem Wetter und leckeres Essen in den Restaurants machten deiesen Kurzurlaub sehr erholsam uns schön.Dazu gehörte auch eine kleine Ferienwohnung sowie dessen nette Gastgeber für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf kleinem Raum
Das Objekt ist lagegünstig nahe dem Zentrum vom Ortsteil Bad, nur fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Strandsteg entfernt. Abseits der Hauptstrassen gelegen ist es ruhig da kein Durchgangsverkehr. Das 1-Raum Appartment selbst ist in der ersten Etage gelegen und obwohl nicht groß doch gemütlich und strahlt eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Sauberkeit tadellos. Wir haben dort gerne unsere Zeit verbracht.

Kurzurlaub in St. Peter-Ording
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in St. Peter-Ording. Unser Apartment war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Deich liegt ca. 300 m vor dem Haus. Auch Restaurants und Geschäfte sind nicht weiter entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern verlief reibungslos, ebenso wie das Einchecken. Wenn wir mal wieder nach St. Peter-Ording kommen, werden wir gerne wieder dieses Apartment mieten.

Zentral und klasse Kommunikation mit Vermieter
Sehr nette kleine Wohnung für 1-2 Personen. Nah am Deich und nah an der Seebrücke. Parkplatz ist auch super praktisch, wenn auch etwas eng. Empfehlenswert.
