Bei geöffneten Fenstern und das ist im Sommer normal, hört man die Straße und den Zug sehr! Dafür ist die Lage ortsnah und daher diesbezüglich sehr gut.

Alles in allem zufrieden
Leider saßen wir 2 Tage in einer kalten Wohnung und das im Dezember… Der Kontakt mit der Appartement-Vermittlung war sehr zähflüssig. Ab dem 3. Tag wurden die Heizkörper endlich warm. Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen: von der Kleiderschranktür hatten wir gleich den Griff in der Hand, auch die Küche hat schon recht gelitten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr beengt und die Dusche lief ständig nach. Die Lage ist OK, allerdings am Abend/in der Nacht sehr dunkel, die Straßen sind kaum ausgeleuchtet. Mit Hund zum Gassigehen suboptimal. Ansonsten war alles OK, wir würden dieses Objekt allerdings nicht nochmal buchen

Sehr schönes Objekt, aber die Sauberkeit lies Wünsche offen, unter den Betten und in den Ecken befan
den sich Spinnweben. Die Vorhänge zum Balkon hin könnten eine Wäsche vertragen. Schön wäre, wenn die Handtücher nach paar Tagen mal gewechselt würden. Die Dusche etwas schimmlig.

Die Wohnung hat geboten, was angezeigt wurde. Wasser im Badezimmer lief sehr schlecht ab.
Absprache bezüglich einer Ausnahme( zusätzliches Kleinkind) war nicht Kooperativ, nicht kundenorientiert.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, zentrumsnah,aber auch in Nähe der Umgehungsstraße nach SPO Bad, daher viel Autoverkehr! Aber im Sommer sind die Bäume belaubt.

Insgesamt war die Wohnung o. K. Für den Preis ist die Wohnung allerdings sehr primitiv ausgestattet, und hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, die Duschkabine z. B. Sollte mal dringend in den Ecken gereinigt werden. Die Biomülltonnen sind einfach nur ekelhaft, jede Menge Maden. Die Messer allesamt stumpf. Sieht leider nach einer schnellen Touristenabzocke aus.

für uns die falsche Buchungsadresse
Schlechter Empfang der Argentur .Es gab einen Umschlag mit Schlüssel usw. Am Haus musste man erst die richtige Eingangstür suchen . Heizung defekt . war sehr laut und machte laute Geräusche. in allen Wohnungen

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern,2 und 5 Jahre) einen sehr schönen Urlaub in SPO gehabt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, Schlüsselübergabe war super unkompliziert und zügig und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verbesserungswünsche: In beiden Schlafzimmern kann man die Vorhänge zwar zu ziehen,jedoch wird es nicht so richtig dunkel, vielleicht könnte da nochmal nachgebessert werden. Und das Lattenrost im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist nicht mehr so richtig funktionstüchtig,hier wäre ebenfalls Handlungsbedarf... Sonst alles super und gerne wieder!!
