Home in beautiful downtown St.Paul . Less than half mile to the spearhead trail and clinch river for tubing / kayaking short walking distance to the community pool. 6 floating tubes and floating cooler will be available for use. House has 3 bedrooms master bedroom has queen 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds 3rd bedroom has bunk bed full bottom and twin top. All rooms have ceiling fans and tv’s . Deck is 12x12 with 2 rocking chairs and gas grill and gas fire pit. Kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher tabs and coffee are also supplied. Has full size washer and dryer washing pods and also supplied . Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers
