Double room (two mattresses) with wardrobe, double (two mattresses), a bathroom with tub / sink and toilet, a shower room with sink and toilet, parking garage, pets are not allowed. Attention: no lift in the house and steep steps to the 2nd floor.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment building is located at Via Arona 9 and is 100 meters from the lake. The shops are 300 meters away, the ice rink, cross-country skiing and a training track for the athletic 400 meters (summer), can easily be reached in 5 minutes walking time.
