Outdoor car park subject to availability (cannot be reserved). Pets are not allowed. Shared laundry room. Skiroom in the apartment. No bicycle room.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment building is located at Via Arona 15 and is 200 meters from the lake. The shops are 300 meters away, the ice rink, cross-country skiing and a training track for the athletic 400 meters (summer), can easily be reached in 5 minutes walking time.
