With two full bathrooms, a main floor laundry area, a spacious 2-car garage, and a fenced backyard, this house is designed for comfort and convenience.The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking tools and utensils, allowing you to prepare and enjoy homemade meals with ease.
Location is key, situated just 8 miles from Busch Stadium and downtown, 4 miles from the Saint Louis Zoo, 3 miles from the Science Center, and 16 miles from Barnes Hospital. This home is an ideal choice for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that St. Louis has to offer. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (no pets disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
