This unit is located on the second floor and there is plenty of free street parking directly in front. Our place is good for couples, families with kids and big groups. Older building could use a little more refreshing
The apartment could use some additional repairs and refreshing to make it more pleasant - paint chipping, rusting fixtures. The parking was a challenge for our larger vehicle to pass thru the fence opening to the back parking. And the apartment smelled quite strong of marijuana smoke as soon as we walked in the door. I tried to send a private message to the property manager regarding the issue after our stay but he did not respond. He was responsive and helpful during the first night when we could not get the TV to work.

Shopping in St. Louis
Location was great the property was clean and perfect size for our group. There was a faint smell of smoke upon entering the home possibly from previous owners, due to property being no smoking. Also TV settings were not working with instructions in check in process as well as the digital door key battery not working. However property manager was very prompt in repairing the door to avoid lock out. Neighborhood very peaceful with friendly neighbors.
