Friendly staff but issue with getting second room and tv was in Spanish. Hot tub was cold and they didn’t have an pool towels

The room was dusty. Food under tv stand. Bathroom nice and clean except for the dust on the top ledge of shower/tub

I liked the property. The pool area is great however using the water slide would work like an actual water slide if there was more pressure to the water coming out. You have to push your way down and my son is 5 and weighs about 40lbs and he was scooting his way down. The staff is very friendly!

Our room was very modern style. Very clean. There was even a group lounge on the second floor, so you could meet with others.
