The instructions say a parking pass would be in the home. There was no parking pass. I texted both hosts (one replied 1st night) the other never replied. I got 3 parking tickets I should not have gotten. I told them about the first ticket and sent a picture and they went completely silent. 0/100

We did not stay at original property they changed it the day before. Issue with water heater. But they looked after us and ended up being upgraded to a beautiful place.

The house stunk. We washed the floors on arrival and there was dog hair all over. We opened windows for a week to get rid of smell. The patio area was disgusting and only had one chair and no bbq. None of the photos represented the house. The laundry area stinks

Wonderful location for exploring St. John’s

We had difficulties at our first apartment however the owners quickly moved us into another location the next morning. The place was clean although we found it odd to find opened food in both the fridge and the cupboards. My only complaint would be that something should be prepared to explain the usage of certain things such as t.v.. wifi is not very fast and the modem required rebooting….good thing we know how to do these things.
