Villa Colada Beautiful Pool

Villa Colada is the villa where you will live outside in the fresh Caribbean air and may never leave! This is a desirable and economical 4 bedroom with master suites overlooking Rendezvous Bay. This villa is new to the vacation market.

You’ll find stone walkways lined with the tropical landscape as well as long spacious patios with shade both upstairs and downstairs. Comfortable patio furniture offers seating for 8 guests including lounge chairs for relaxing in the breeze with a tropical drink in your hand. The outdoor bar provides the perfect excuse for happy hour at any hour. The Caribbean Sea and sky are best viewed while taking a dip in the large 15 x 27 pool. Fun outdoor games include corn hole, ring hook and 4 straight. Enjoy the modern outdoor shower upon returning from the world famous national park beaches which are just a short 10 minute drive from the villa.

Large glass doors off of the living area afford a panoramic view of the sea and can be opened for indoor/outdoor living. All four bedrooms are equally-sized, spacious master suites featuring queen and king size beds. All suites include a private balcony with ocean view, an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and A/C unit.

**Please note that the main living area and kitchen are not air-conditioned. These spaces are equipped with ceiling fans and benefit from wonderful natural breezes.**

Villa Colada is in a great location with amazing views. We were a group of seven adults and appreciated the privacy of each of the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was lovely to just relax and enjoy the sunshine and breeze. The house itself needs some updating and could benefit from a handyman to fix some minor issues. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day St. John vacation.

Overall the house was very nice with a great layout. The location was good and close to Cruz Bay. The view was spectacular. We would definitely consider booking again. Issues we ran into were upkeep and cleaning. There was construction debris (tiles, ladder, etc.) strewn next to the pool. The pool filter system didn’t seem to work or didn’t keep up enough. Several beach chairs were rusty or broken. We had to clean the kitchen even though the cleaning crew was leaving as we arrived.

Villa colada was absolutely beautiful! In a great location very close to Cruz bay, clean and very spacious. The house and views were stunning. Check in was easy, we were assigned a property manager who was very helpful with local recommendations. Thanks for the amazing memories, we will be back

The location is very convenient to all shops and restaurants. Beaches are a short ride away. Had some small issues but Nellie took care of them promptly. The house is just lovely and the view is amazing

Villa Colada

It was just want I needed and wanted! Only left the villa 3 times in 7 days. Went there to recharge after a stressful move. It was close enough to grocery store but still removed enough to be peaceful and quiet. First time on St John and I loved it! Did go to a couple of beaches, Hawks Bay was my favorite! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. Bette B.

Great island location and views - needs some TLC

The location just beyond the Westin is a perfect spot - easy access to Cruz Bay as well as all the beautiful beaches. The views are phenomenal and the layout of the home with four suites is great for a family with older children or two family renters. The only down side is that the house needs some TLC. one of the Bathrooms did not have a mirror over the sink; the laundry room is very dirty with old machines and no detergent, there were not enough bath towels; the hot water in the baths on the left side of the home doesn't work properly, and the house was promoted as sleeping 10 but could only accommodate 9. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the property management team was very responsive and helpful.
