Dwight our host was great with communication and making sure we found our place without any issues. The house completely blew us away! The views, the porches, the pool, it was all amazing! We will definitely only be staying at House By The Sea next time we visit USVI!

A perfect spot to stay to experience Coral Bay! House and views are gorgeous. Great communication with property manager. The only bad thing was struggling to decide between staying at the house/pool and exploring the area!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing - has everything you could possibly need and the location in Coral Bay the views were incredible. We stayed 5 nights for our honeymoon and would absolutely stay again when visiting Saint John.

Amazing views!

The stone pathway steps up to the main level to the pool and view of the Coral Bay were beautiful. Great getaway for us and just a short trip down the mountain to laid back restaurants for good food and fun drinks!

Quick St John visit

Great property, easy access to Coral Bay, beautiful views. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable, and there are a lot of stairs. I would return to this property.

St John stay

Beautiful property. The drive is extremely challenging. You absolutely need a four wheel drive vehicle. The view is amazing. Dwight guided me through check-in process and drove to the property to solve a problem with my bed.. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing

Beautiful property on the quiet side of St John. The view is incredible and the property was clean and well appointed. Communication was great and the host helped ensure we could watch the Super Bowl.

We had a wonderful week enjoying the island and the view. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We love that side of the island. We hope to return to do more snorkeling.

Christmas in St. John

Though the island was as crowded as I’ve ever seen it, House by the Sea was everything we needed to enjoy and get away. It was so very peaceful. And when we wanted to join the crowd, it was minutes from our favorite beaches and restaurants! Great location! Thanks for a WONDERFUL time!!!

We loved out stay here. Great communication with property manager. The view, pools and outdoor shower are amazing. Plenty of space. Clean and very well maintained. Appreciated use of beach chairs and umbrella. . Very romantic, would stay again.

Beautiful and Peaceful Island Getaway

Beautiful villa nestled on a quiet hillside with spectacular views! The place was very clean and offered everything we could need. The owner is responsive and very helpful. Easy to access a the restaurants in Coral Bay. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

What A View!!

We loved staying at this property. Everything is very nice including the kitchen, the grill, the showers and the pool deck. The view over Coral Bay is spectacular and there is always a breeze running through the house. Will definitely book again.

Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Huis Ann Zee! The property is exactly as described and the images of the views don’t do it justice. Dwight was incredibly responsive and the house had everything we could have needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back ourselves again soon!

Amazing house for your next vacation.

House was very clean and it had everything you would need. The manager was great I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation. The only one thing is the driveway is extremely steep. Not an easy climb or drive.

Best Ever!!

We’ve stayed in approximately 10-15 VRBO homes in the past 5 years or so. This place is the most spectacular, had the best owner communication and was the best value of any of them. We loved it here on the “quiet” side of St John.

Amazing trip!

Can't say enough about this wonderful home and the host/property manager. Communication was great. House was perfect for the two of us. Pool was awesome at the end of a long day. Views ... well, incredible. HIGHLY recommend. Will definitely be back!! Thanks for making our stay and 30th wedding anniversary PERFECT!

Amazing property - great location & amenities

Villa is exactly as pictured, amazing view, well appointed for 2 guests. Everything you could need for your trip was provided, and the white glove service with the property manager Dwight was a game-changer as we arrived near dark and the first drive to the villa would have been challenging without someone to follow and navigate. The host included a lovely welcome gift, which was definitely appreciated. Truly a 5 star stay!

Great Island Getaway

We loved our stay at this home in Coral Bay. It is located on the quieter side of the island and in short drives to the main beaches and sights. The home is extremely clean, well appointed, and A/C works great. Communication with the property manager, Dwight, was fantastic and he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The pool is a little larger than I expected from the pictures which was a nice bonus. Views are phenomenal and we enjoyed just hanging out on the decks. The only slightly annoying aspect of the property is that you have to go outside to get between levels, but really it's not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as expected—perfect!

We’ve visited St John many times and this visit was just as enjoyable as all of the others. Nothing like waking up to a sunrise over Coral Bay. House was appointed exactly as the listing. Perfect for the two of us to enjoy relaxing by the pool or the short drive to North Shore beaches. Property manager was attentive and personable. Highly recommend!

Simply paradise.

This vacation was the best experience of my life. My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time on St John, when it was time to return home, we just did not want to. I loved every thing about the island, its beauty and its beaches are breathtaking. We did an excursion to the baths in the bvi with cruz bay watersports and I highly recommend them it was a blast. I loved every thing about staying at huis aan zee and would absolutely return to this paradise. Thank you for sharing your home with us Dave, it was truly an experience we will never forget.
